Well, we are approaching the weekend! Three weeks of school have come and gone (nearly). What have you learned so far this year?

This week Wednesday is a unique day here at McBain High School. We will be data collecting. All 9-11 graders will be taking a practice test: 9th & 10th graders will be taking a practice PLAN test and the 11th graders will be taking a practice ACT test. Seniors who attend morning classes at McBain (not CTC) have been given the MORNING ONLY off.

This test is going to be used as a baseline for student growth. All we ask is that students are here on time, have a positive attitude and try to do the best they can. Following testing dates in the school year will provide data on student growth.

The test is also going to provide the school a peak at what the students do not know so we can correct that!

SO, THAT WAS WEEK #1!! IT IS GOING TO BE A FANTASTIC YEAR...AND VERY ENERGETIC...ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND, SEE YOU AT THE FOOTBALL GAME
